Man arrested in reference to “school shooter” indicators found in 3 New Hampshire communities

BARNSTEAD, N.H. -- A person was arrested Friday after multiple indicators saying "faculty shooter" have been present in Barnstead, Epsom, and Pittsfield, New Hampshire, the state's Division of Safety introduced. Guy Hanson, 61, of Pittsfield, faces multiple expenses. 

An increased quantity of police officers were placed at faculties in the communities on account of the indicators. Multiple schools initiated lockdowns as a precaution shortly after.

Hanson allegedly positioned the indicators around the communities, the Department of Security mentioned, but they decided there isn't a credible risk presently.

One such signal was written on a paper plate. The protection department launched a photograph of the plate but blurred a part of it "to protect the integrity of the investigation." 

Hanson was arrested on a felony charge of legal threatening and three misdemeanor charges together with false report back to legislation enforcement, false public alarm and prison threatening. He's being held in Merrimack County Jail pending a hearing scheduled for Tuesday.

No other suspects have been charged presently.
