Wife stuffed husband’s cellphone with little one porn in attempt to get custody of children, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma lady hatched a scheme to get custody of her kids that centered around loading a whole bunch of pictures of child pornography onto her husband’s cellphone after which having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the spouse, and Angel Moore, 44, her pal, are alleged to have labored collectively to frame Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they may get him out of the image, then she thought she would get her children again,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett stated in line with the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Division on April 18 and had her turn the phone in and file a report. They are saying that Moore turned in the system and mentioned she noticed Hucks’ husband using it to view baby porn of their residence.

The police say that phone had lots of of photographs of “varied juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, however they began to wonder why the cellphone he was using did not have any pictures similar to the ones Moore changed into them. That’s when they reportedly got a warrant to search Lacey Hucks’ telephone and that reportedly confirmed that she and Moore were mates and had mentioned carrying out the incident upfront.

After which Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially said she didn’t know Hucks, she told them that they had been friends and that Hucks had coached her on what to do prematurely of turning the telephone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she never noticed the husband with the phone.

The husband advised Police he had not seen his previous telephone since last “October or November,” however “didn’t think too much of it as a result of it was not his main phone and did not have service.”

Moore is going through expenses of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is dealing with the identical expenses as well as a charge of aggravated possession of kid pornography.
