The family of an 11-year-old woman who survived the bloodbath at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas, on Tuesday says the 4th grader performed useless after the gunman entered her classroom.

Miah Cerrillo's aunt and godmother said the 4th grader is struggling to cope and telling them what she witnessed through the taking pictures.

"Around midnight my sister-in-law referred to as me and he or she was simply crying, like 'I think it simply hit Miah. I feel everything got here to actuality now,'" mentioned Blanca Rivera.

Rivera mentioned Miah's instructor, Irma Garcia, was one of the two academics killed. Her friends and classmates were also targeted.

Rivera stated that's when Miah went into survival mode.
