- Mehr zu SEO Mitte der 1990er Jahre fingen die anfänglichen Suchmaschinen im Netz an, das frühe Web zu ordnen. Die Seitenbesitzer erkannten rasch den Wert einer bevorzugten Positionierung in den Suchergebnissen und recht bald fand man Anstalt, die sich auf die Verbesserung qualifitierten. In Anfängen passierte der Antritt oft bezüglich der Transfer der URL der entsprechenden Seite bei der verschiedenartigen Suchmaschinen. Diese sendeten dann einen Webcrawler zur Kritische Auseinandersetzung der Seite aus und indexierten sie.[1] Der Webcrawler lud die Internetseite auf den Web Server der Search Engine, wo ein 2. Angebot, der bekannte Indexer, Informationen herauslas und katalogisierte (genannte Wörter, Links zu sonstigen Seiten). Die damaligen Modellen der Suchalgorithmen basierten auf Informationen, die mithilfe der Webmaster eigenhändig existieren worden sind, wie Meta-Elemente, oder durch Indexdateien in Search Engines wie ALIWEB. Meta-Elemente geben eine Gesamtübersicht mit Inhalt einer Seite, aber registrierte sich bald herab, dass die Verwendung er Tipps nicht ordentlich war, da die Wahl der angewendeten Schlagworte dank dem Webmaster eine ungenaue Beschreibung des Seiteninhalts wiedergeben vermochten. Ungenaue und unvollständige Daten in Meta-Elementen konnten so irrelevante Unterseiten bei spezifischen Ausschau halten listen.[2] Auch versuchten Seitenersteller diverse Punkte innert des HTML-Codes einer Seite so zu interagieren, dass die Seite stärker in Serps gelistet wird.[3] Da die späten Suchmaschinen sehr auf Faktoren angewiesen waren, die allein in den Koffern der Webmaster lagen, waren sie auch sehr anfällig für Abusus und Manipulationen im Ranking. Um gehobenere und relevantere Ergebnisse in den Serps zu erhalten, musste ich sich die Operatoren der Internet Suchmaschinen an diese Rahmenbedingungen integrieren. Weil der Riesenerfolg einer Suchseite davon anhängig ist, essentielle Ergebnisse der Suchmaschine zu den inszenierten Suchbegriffen anzuzeigen, konnten ungünstige Testergebnisse dazu führen, dass sich die Mensch nach sonstigen Wege wofür Suche im Web umgucken. Die Auskunft der Search Engines inventar in komplexeren Algorithmen für das Platz, die Kriterien beinhalteten, die von Webmastern nicht oder nur schwierig lenkbar waren. Larry Page und Sergey Brin konstruierten mit „Backrub“ – dem Stammvater von Bing – eine Search Engine, die auf einem mathematischen Routine basierte, der mit Hilfe der Verlinkungsstruktur Websites gewichtete und dies in Rankingalgorithmus reingehen ließ. Auch weitere Suchmaschinen im WWW orientiert in Mitten der Folgezeit die Verlinkungsstruktur bspw. als der Linkpopularität in ihre Algorithmen mit ein. Google
Is using a server side wildcard redirect good practice? This was done but the old domain urls are still indexed a year later. Rankings for the new domain are still terrible and not the same as before the change of address tool.

My question is that we see the usage of webp images more frequently, also Apple announced that he will support Google’s webp image format. Looking at most of the webshops using webp already the type of the image is webp, but they leave the extension of jpg for example https://google.com/image.jpg but type is webp. What could be the reason for that? Wouldn't it be better if the image would have a .webp extension or no extension at all. Is this related somehow to indexing or SEO? I think they do not want to make the redirect of the images and that’s why they change just the type of the file instead of changing the extension.

We did domain name change some months ago and over 3 months everything was fine in terms of ranking, then suddenly we lost all our ranking. All SEO guru have been indicating it's duplicate content issue because both old and new domain contents are on one server. Can you drop some light on this?

If you migrate your website then check out 301 redirect a few times. Even more, after migration control your redirects because it might break in some time.
